Broadband internet access for business customers

  SoftNet network offers services just to business customers. This is the main reason why we adapt our network to these type of costumers. With our own pops of network presence in Frankfurt and Vienna we are taking care for a world wide connectivity. Softnet network is covering Slovenian, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Bolgarian and Romanian area. On all these loacions we have our own network with Cisco equipment and technician crew. This enable us control and quick respond in case of any problems.

Each costumer is justified to certained level of service (SLA) which is defined with a contract.
Beside international connections we have also pops in all major citys in Slovenia. For adequate respond to other networks we are present on Slovenian internet exchange (SIX), Croatian internet exchange (CIX), Vienna internet exchange (VIX) and Frankfurt internet exchange (DE-CIX). On all exchanges we have peerings with more than 100 networks.

For a world wide connectivity we are connected directly to a backbone network (Tier-1). Our primary connection is Sprint network.
